Features & Benefits of the Uni Q Chip
 
· Electro Mechanical Map switching option

Over the years Unichip performance chips have evolved and the natural progression was to develop the software to such a extent, to offer different map options within performance chips on Unichip programmable computers.

The new revised Uni Q chip has enabled us through very extensive R&D to attach a 5 way electrical switch which allows the vehicle owner to switch at leisure between anyone of 5 different map options.
The switch is small and can be hidden or be visible in the vehicles dash area. It can be attached with a reversible velcro plaster to minimize any visual scars if and when removed.
The most common map switching option would generally be standard – high altitude and sea level.
· 5 Different Map options to choose from:
  • Immobilizer map
  • Valet map
  • High altitude option
  • Sea level option
  • Racing map
· Any option can be tailored to personalized requirements.

As a loaned out vehicle map or a speed limited map for “your children”.

· Blue tooth map switching – under development
Much the same as the conventional electrical map switching blue tooth which is in the final testing stage of the development process will enable map switching using blue tooth technology on Unichip programmable computers.

It will eventually be possible to switch between different maps with a cellular telephone or any simple blue tooth enabled device
· The Uni Q Chip is transferable from one vehicle to another
Re-mapping and minor changes to the wiring harness may be required.
Automotive ECUs are Standardizing! 3 Unichip wiring harnesses fit multiple makes and models. Keep standard Unichip stock / hardware and just contact SAC for a new map / software!
