The Premium Racing Valve

Our Premium Racing Valves are made from high quality 214N or EV8 Stainless Steel forged billets.

We believe that our racing valves compare favorably with all the top of the range name brands in both appearance and performance.

We can supply the racing valves for almost any application.

The material used to make the premium valves is tough and can withstand higher EGT’s and combustion temperature than normal steel and because the valve is made from a forged billet there are no joints.

A culmination of the tough material used and the fact that these valves are forged with no joints enable us to reduce the weight of the valve far more than a conventional steel valve without comprising reliability and overall strength while maximizing air flow in the port.

The Premium Racing Valves if matched properly to the piston and camshaft can easily rev up to 9,000 RPM as an upper limit.

The Racing Valve is compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuel.

All our Premium Racing valves feature

	1 Piece forged 21/4N / EV8 Stainless Steel Construction.
	.7mm stem reduction until polished area of stem.
	Swirl polished head / neck area.
	Aerodynamic valve head shape.
	The tips are refaced and hardened to 60 rockwell.
	The cotter groove areas are shot peened for extra strength and better resistance to breakage.
	Maximum reduced weight for higher RPM rating.
	Dished face area.
	Consistent shape and weight “Certified”.
	Special Racing seat angles and sizes.
	Highly polished stems to reduce friction.

	High standard of quality control to ensure a perfect valve every time.
	De burred, radiused and removed sharp edges.

Optional special finish

	Polished valve face.
	1mm stem reduction with a extra 7mm of reduced size on stem.

	Valve stem reduction should only be done if the valve guide allows it.

Situated in Vanderbijlpark, utilizing state of the art equipment and employing only the best available staff, SAC Engineering has the ability to deal with trade enquiries.

You can call us directly if you are in the trade or if you have a mechanic and or workshop other than SAC doing your work. We may be able to give you good advice and open a channel of communication for you with one of our SAC workshops.

SAC Engineering carry a large amount of valves as well as many used but refurbished cylinder heads and can repair almost any damage on a cylinder head.

It will always be better to deal directly with the SAC Shop closest to you, but you should keep in mind that the outcome of the job will be directly proportional to the quality of the communication between yourself and our Engineering shop.
